Hydrogen Fueled Vehicles
General Motors and other car makers now have vehicles that run on Hydrogen. Hydrogen gas when passed through a FUEL CELL provides electricity and water. The electricity powers the vehicle. There is no combustion engine and there are no pollutants.
Hydrogen Fuel Stations
Shell Oil and other fuel providers are now building Hydrogen fuel stations in various parts of the country. Their first stations were dedicated to bus and fleet vehicles for promotion and testing. Their next stations are being built in a "Lighthouse" deployment to allow long distance travel between or within Lighthouse refueling points. Their final phase will be to deploy dual-fueled gasoline/Hydrogen stations, to allow the public to transition from gasoline to Hydrogen fueled vehicles over a period of time.
Corporate, Government, Private and Public Support
The complete transition to clean Hydrogen fuel will require everyone's participation. The vehicles, fueling infrastructure and service providers must work together for a complete and successful implementation.
